What you'd do

Major duties

You will develop materials and conduct meetings and briefings. You will develop and/or review a variety of correspondence for high-level both internal and external to the organization. You will identify and develop ways to resolve problems or cope with issues that the accomplishment of assigned program goals and objectives. You will independently work to assess customer needs and develop innovative approaches to satisfy customers. You will work with senior management to establish new fundamental concepts and criteria and stimulate the development of new policies, methodologies, and techniques.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assesses and provides strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures; Presents organizational briefings to convey strategic vision or organizational policies; Implements strategic plans within and across organizational components; Promulgates innovative solutions and methodologies; Assess and promulgate, fiscal and other factors affecting customer and program/project needs.
