SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION MANAGER
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION MANAGER in the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)PRODUCTION DIVISION of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Major duties
You will provide direction to all program supervisors and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the product. You will be responsible for building team rapport and synergy to create and maintain a positive motivational climate. You will analyze production needs to develop requirements for product initiatives and planning. You will be responsible for adhering to compliance regulations as it pertains to aviation maintenance i.e NAMP 4790/AMI/MPA, Quality Management System and all FRCSW and higher overarching policies. You will coordinate workload, staffing, administration and work direction of a variety of artisan trades and indirect support staff for the designated forward deployed artisans in support of production. You will demonstrate knowledge of advanced concepts, theory, principles and practices of all aspects of integrated logistics support (ILS) management. You will be responsible for supervising and management administrative programs for the site.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Being responsible for integrating and executing production efforts related to the overhaul and repair of CH53E aircraft, engines, components, accessories, and support equipment. 2) Managing a data-driven performance framework to assess production status, progress, and resource alignment while ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. 3) Leading daily production meetings and floor engagements to maintain visibility and operational efficiency. 4) Providing direction to supervisors and assigned personnel, prioritizes workload, and coordinates shared capacity to meet mission requirements. 5) Ensuring decisions support overall program operations and do not negatively impact broader command objectives. 6) Delivering guidance and corrective action as needed, supports workload demands, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing team environment while promoting accountability and leading by example.
