Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist
What you'd do
This position is in the Office of the Administrator (AO), Office of National Security and Operations Coordination, Intelligence and Threat Mitigation Division. About AO. This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
Major duties
You will: Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities for the Intelligence and Threat Mitigation Division (ITMD). Oversee intelligence and National Security Threat Mitigation Programs. Provide budget and information technology coordination for the division. Perform other duties as assigned. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
What you need to qualify
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as leading the development and implementation of policies or programs; evaluating program performance and effectiveness; and delivering results and making recommendations to program stakeholders as they relate to intelligence operations, insider threat programs, operations security programs, and/or national security information. You will need the following competencies in order to perform the duties of this position successfully: Technical Knowledge (Related to Position).* Supervisory and Leadership Judgment.* Critical Thinking.* Integrity/Honesty.
