Major duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Exercising full supervisory personnel management responsibilities to plan, organize, and direct the work of subordinate staff; establishing priorities and performance expectations; evaluating performance, making decisions on hiring, awards, leave, and disciplinary actions. Providing executive-level oversight and technical direction for complex management and program analysis activities across HR, information management, and records management functional areas. Overseeing enterprise-level analytical studies, program evaluations, strategic assessments, and special initiatives impacting organizational effectiveness, workforce management, records governance, and information management systems. Applying advanced knowledge of federal laws, regulations, executive directives, and agency policies to develop authoritative recommendations that guide senior leadership decision-making. Directing audit readiness activities and serving as a senior liaison with oversight entities such as the Office of Inspector General (OIG), Government Accountability Office (GAO), and internal audit organizations. Ensuring timely and accurate responses to audits, evaluations, and compliance reviews.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Leading or supervising staff by setting priorities, managing performance, and fostering effective teamwork; Managing HR management analysis, information governance, or records management programs; Leading program evaluations, strategic initiatives, or organizational assessments related to workforce management or information governance; Interpreting and applying federal laws, regulations, and policies related to records management, privacy, FOIA, cybersecurity, or human capital programs; and Advising senior leadership and coordinating with oversight organizations on compliance, audit readiness, or program modernization initiatives.
