PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Combatants Office, DDG 51 Program Office of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS.
Major duties
You will maintain a continuous "sight picture" of the current and future operational needs of the DDG 51 class, providing ongoing assessments of PAE Mission Systems' development efforts to identify and address programmatic and technical gaps. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the comprehensive C5I technology roadmap, ensuring it aligns with fleet requirements, emerging threats, and long-term strategic goals of the program. You will be responsible for execution of the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), including development of test strategies, plans and funding requirements. You will coordinate and review technical reports and recommendations. You will approve or disapprove recommendations that affect major weapons programs and systems. You will monitor and report on Test and Evaluation program costs, schedule, and the performance of all test and evaluation activities. You will serve as a key technical liaison, coordinating and briefing leadership on significant developmental, operational, or threat-related events to ensure cross-organizational alignment and informed decision-making.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector directing strategic acquisition to design business processes, technical plans, or quantitative evaluation frameworks that address combat system challenges or align with PAE Mission Systems roadmaps for driving process improvements across surface combatant acquisition programs.
