About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the NAF HR Office. This is a Regular Full Time (RFT) position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours weekly, and with benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave). Recruitment and retention may be authorized.

Major duties

Program Management and Process Improvement: Serves as the primary Management Analyst for the 75th Force Support Squadron, providing data-driven analysis, process-improvement solutions, and administrative oversight for Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) programs. Identifies inefficiencies in business, HR, and operational workflows; develops automated tools, SharePoint systems, Power Automate flows, and dashboards to streamline processes and improve accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Conducts process mapping, data collection, and trend analysis to recommend policy and procedural improvements. Leads and documents local process-improvement initiatives aligned with Air Force and AFSVC guidance; develops implementation guides and templates to enable replication at other installations. Provides statistical reports, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, and workflow metrics to leadership to inform data-driven decisions. Collaborates with HR and other squadron flights to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that improve mission effectiveness and customer experience. Training Program Management: Serves as the Unit Training Manager (UTM) for NAF employees, overseeing the development, coordination, and execution of training programs to ensure workforce readiness and compliance. Administers onboarding, annual, and professional-development training programs, ensuring accuracy of training records and alignment with Department of the Air Force, AFMAN, and NAF policy. Manages training initiatives, including course design, scheduling, documentation, and feedback collection. Tracks completion of mandatory training, updates training databases, and provides reports to supervisors and leadership. Coordinates training resources, ensures training materials are current and accessible, and develops tools to improve training program efficiency and engagement. Analyzes training feedback and performance data to identify emerging skill gaps and recommend improvements to programs or processes. Records, Privacy, and Information Management: Serves as the Unit Records Manager (URM) for the 75 FSS NAF operations, ensuring compliance with federal and Air Force records-management directives. Maintains the records inventory, file plans, and disposition schedules; provides guidance to program managers on proper records maintenance, transfer, and destruction procedures. Conducts annual file plan reviews and ensures records custodians receive required training and certification. Oversee's controlled, sensitive, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) records, ensuring secure storage, proper access control, and accountability. Serves as the Unit Privacy Monitor, advising personnel on PII safeguarding, breach prevention, and reporting requirements in accordance with AFI 33-332 and NAF privacy policies. Serves as the Unit SharePoint Site Owner/Manager, maintaining site permissions, structure, and content to support knowledge management, collaboration, and version control across NAF operations. Administers and monitors the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) feedback system, reviewing and analyzing customer comments to identify training gaps, service trends, and areas for improvement. Compiles data for leadership reports and uses feedback insights to inform process improvements and staff-development initiatives. Performs other related duties as required. Must be familiar with personal computer applications such as Windows, MS Word, Excel, Access, and the Internet. Ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing. Must possess skill in dealing with customers and the public.
