MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
This position is located in the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Resource Integrated Programs Division (RIPD), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD). The incumbent will serve as a senior Management and Program Analyst responsible for providing authoritative analysis and advice on integration and standardization of FSD business practices.
Major duties
Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Leads the implementation and integration of FSD Strategic Plan. Designing and validating the effectiveness of internal controls. Directs the annual review and certification process for all FSD positions. Develops and drafts authoritative position papers on complex installation actions.
What you need to qualify
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties related to the position being advertise. Specialized experience is defined as: Managing or administering a managers internal Control Program (MICP) or comparable internal control program. Analyzing contracted services or organizational programs to improve efficiency and mission effectiveness. Leading strategic initiatives, organizational studies, or business process improvement efforts. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
