PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL MANAGER, UNDERSEA WARFARE TEST & EVALUATION
What you'd do
You will serve as the Principal Technical Manager, Undersea Warfare Test & Evaluation for the Test & Evaluation Department in Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport.
Major duties
You will be responsible for leading a highly technical and scientific organization engaged in testing and evaluation of undersea warfare (USW) systems. You will oversee teams performing Science and Technology, research and development including applied research and advanced technology demonstrations programs, acquisition, testing and evaluation, and full-spectrum life-cycle support. You will serve as a nationally/internationally recognized authority and leader in the area of testing and evaluation as related to undersea weapons, undersea weapon systems, acoustic measurement and analysis, and supporting technologies. You will provide highly authoritative scientific and technical advice and guidance on USW programs.

Ability to develop and execute strategic investment plans that integrate with Navy Research and Development Enterprise (NRDE) and NAVSEA Warfare Center strategies and policy that result in the adoption of new and advanced technologies, improved workforce scientific learning and skill development, and improved T&E capabilities. TQ2. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead high performing teams and build partnerships across the NRDE (Navy SYSCOMS, Warfare Centers, ONR, NRL), naval shipyards, the Fleet, industry, and academia.
