Major duties
The incumbent will provide administrative and substantive support to ADC/DADC and works across the NGA front office to coordinate/resolve issues affecting the NGA Executive Committee (EXCOM) to include: collaborating across the enterprise to schedule, de-conflict, and coordinate meetings and logistics; maintaining and maturing the ADC mission to synchronize and manage agency-wide staff activities in alignment with the NGA Strategic Objectives and NGA leadership priorities; and brokering ADC/DADC interactions with leaders across NGA to ensure ADC/DADC remain engaged on the highest Agency priorities. The incumbent works with the team to perform a range of executive support functions including: (1) oversee ADC level taskers and ensure timely and comprehensive responsiveness; (2) coordinate tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, conferences, and manage ADC/DADC read books, etc.; (3) interact with executives and staff at all levels of the Agency, IC, DoD and the private sector and communicate information in a clear, logical, and organized manner to varied audiences in a timely and appropriate manner; (4) anticipate and keep ADC and DADC apprised of high priority issues, requirements, and developments; (5) understand and convey the ADC/DADC's direction, intent, and substance to achieve results; and (6) based on ADC/DADC's guidance, direct work to the appropriate action officers and advise decision makers.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Supporting senior leaders with a working knowledge of DoW, and/or ODNI priorities and mission, and leveraging existing relationships within the IC to accomplish tasks and deliverables EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in the provision of program management and oversight, policy and resource management, budget allocation and execution, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in the provision of program management and oversight, policy and resource management, budget allocation and execution, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Knowledge of NGA mission, functions, organizations, and partners and knowledge of organizations, processes, programs and policies of the DoD and the National Intelligence Community 2. Previous experience supporting senior leaders and/or at the office/component level 3. Ability to manage work activities, utilizing available tools and technologies (DTS, Sharepoint, MET, NCERTS, Microsoft Office and Outlook), proficiency with NGA communication systems, including VTCs, VOIPs, Webex, bridges, etc.
