Major duties

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Ability to identify meaningful performance indicators, design data collection methodologies, and apply advanced statistical techniques to evaluate program outcomes. Conduct responsibilities for planning, organizing, and directing team-based studies that require collaboration across organizational lines. Developing multi-year plans, preparing resource allocation strategies, and advising senior leadership on optimizing program operations to address emerging threats and challenges Conduct analyst to ensure that study findings and recommendations are supported by rigorous analysis and are presented in a clear and actionable format. Mentors junior staff and provide training in advanced analytical techniques. Conduct training sessions, developing standard operating procedures, and advising on the implementation of new processes. Conduct analyst monitors emerging trends and developments in program management and evaluation, ensuring the agency remains responsive to changing priorities and challenges.

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Knowledge of developing and implements program evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of agency programs and operations. Knowledge integrates data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making at the senior leadership level. Knowledge of displaying initiative, critical thinking, and attention to detail in all aspects of the work, managing changing priorities and handling complex assignments in a dynamic environment. Knowledge to evaluate the alignment of program activities with broader agency priorities and to identify opportunities for resource optimization. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
