Major duties
Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of food service facility with up to 12 employees. Responsible for employee scheduling. Conducts staff performance reviews and appraisals. Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods. Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other work directives. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits. Performs other duties as assigned.
