About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst for the US Army Joint Counter-UAS Office, Executive Division, as an expert in evaluating effectiveness of programs and analyzing program performance. Position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.

Major duties

Conduct in-depth analysis of project milestones, risk management strategies, and operational testing outcomes. Provide recommendations to senior leadership on corrective actions, policy updates, and program realignments. Review cost projections to ensure budget accuracy. Evaluate program operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying methods to assess the effectiveness of test and evaluation programs; coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different organizations to integrate and align complex programs with strategic goals; developing guidance and strategies to support the overall process of test and evaluation programs; and testing of complex developmental or operational systems in an open environment under control and/or uncontrolled conditions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
