What you'd do

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NMCPAC EAST ASIA DIVISION.

Major duties

You will formulate budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organization’s programs and administrative operations. You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities. You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices. You will review and evaluate budget requests.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations and utilizing automated financial management systems to analyze financial data and create budget or cost estimates in support of organizational obligations and expenditures.
