What you need to qualify

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 2. Makes insightful, well-reasoned, and timely decisions by assessing the relevance and impact to the organization. 3. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the organizations mission, functions, values, applicable policies and procedures, and internal and external factors that may impact the organization. 4. Makes informed decisions about work priorities to ensure accurate completion of assignments and projects, and makes adjustments as required. 5. Establishes effective working relationships to complete work successfully while independently using a variety of tools and methodologies to design project-appropriate information gathering, performing quality control checks, and training junior personnel on those tools and methodologies. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Operational familiarity with Security Databases (e.g. Scattered Castles, DISS).
