What you'd do

You will serve as a Contracting Officer Representative in the Technical Director Division of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY.

Major duties

You will serve as contracting management representative liaison between the government and contractor for the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) Range Operations and Maintenance contract and other contracts as assigned. You will perform inspections, reviews, and verify contractor's work efforts, reports, plans and invoices to ensure the contracted services comply with regulations, policy/procedures, and mission requirements. You will coordinate and integrate technical aspects of enterprise range operations with administrative matters in support of range projects and operations. You will coordinate and work with the range program managers, range systems owners, and command staff in an effective, efficient and timely manner, providing technical clarification and service support requirements of the contract. You will perform the full scope of complex contract technical representative administration. You will resolve problems that have arisen with proposed solutions along with appropriate advice and guidance. You will monitor, review, and determine whether the contractor's performance is in compliance with terms and conditions of the contract specifications and with contract requirements.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying evaluative techniques to assess and monitor contract work and contractor performance and development of recommendations to ensure compliance with contract requirements in support of a missile range facility. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
