SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER
What you'd do
You will serve as Supervisory Program Manager in the Mission Safety & Security Office of NAWCADLKE.
Major duties
You will oversee Mission Security and Mission Safety guidance and policies from higher headquarters and ensure local methods and procedures consistent with overall NAWCAD Lakehurst objectives. You will provide, secure, and negotiate for the resources and services needed to maintain Mission Security and Mission Safety. You will formulate and articulate strategies for support to the Command and establish program support goals, tasks, and objectives to ensure adequate program execution. You will forecast requirements and prepare to meet those requirements.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/ NM-03 pay band equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating comprehensive experience in planning and evaluating complex programs, including the ability to formulate strategic objectives and forecast resource requirements across multiple disciplines. 2) Incorporating proven human capital management skills to direct a diverse workforce and manage personnel skills, coupled with accountability for ensuring Command-wide compliance with policies. 3) Exhibiting exceptional oral communication and partnering abilities, effectively negotiating for essential resources, coordinating with external organizations, and consulting with senior management officials.
