FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Major duties
You will advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration You will perform a variety of fiscal, accounting, and/or financial management duties and responsibilities. You will develop, determine, and/or interpret budgetary execution policies and practices. You will review, evaluate, and certify Working Capital and/or TRANSCOM fund requirements in accordance with financial policy and regulations
What you need to qualify
GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in directing and/or performing continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of major operating and support programs within the organization. Experience in preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution and providing recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas. Must be experienced in providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution. Experience in developing formats and content to provide managers with various listing, reports, and data relative to status of funds and the propriety of obligations; and ensuring the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports. Experience in coordinating the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization.
