What you'd do

You will serve as a SUPV FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SPEC in the INSTALLATION & ENVIRONMENT DIVISION of MCLB ALBANY GA.

Major duties

You will be responsible for performing the full range of duties associates with planning, implementation, development, directions, coordination, integration and maintenance of diverse programs. You will coordinate and maintain a comprehensive integrated system of staff services in the broad area of facilities, environment, energy and housing management. You will assist the Director in monitoring and guiding the various program managers within the branches through review of all budget requests, financial plan execution, and obligation rates. You will be responsible for assessing overall compliance with laws, regulations, policies and requirements related to the assigned programs. You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assignment and review of program milestones for master planning, preparing performance evaluations for subordinates. You will be responsible for understanding and actively supporting the Command's EEO program; evaluating to ensure EEO principles are reflected in all aspects of personnel management for current employees and applicants for employment.

GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, implementing and developing diverse programs and systems supporting facilities resources program; providing administrative and technical supervisory duties; development of programs, policies and budget. GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, implementing and developing diverse programs and systems supporting facilities resources program; providing administrative and technical supervisory duties.
