This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of an overall activity plan which includes procedures for housing assignment, eligibility, referral, and related activities. You will develop host/tenant responsibilities to provide for the full range of family and bachelor housing services for inclusion in station support agreements with tenant commands. You will solves complex problems involving tenants, services, utilization, and maintenance of family housing units. You will act as command and customer liaison to real estate agencies, landlords, community, schools, utilities, chambers of commerce, and local governments. You will approve privatized government housing reassignments and produces required Transportation Management Office/Dislocation Allowances documentation.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Mediating and resolving disputes between residents and management; providing information and guidance of real estate laws, community requirements, community planning, and local services and amenities; performing periodic management audits of local housing operations, including but not limited to administrative planning, fiscal management and reporting, maintenance, assignment procedures, and other major areas. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
