What you'd do

Major duties
You will be responsible for receiving and processing complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership. You will be responsible for processing requests for permanent and temporary quarters. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the maintenance, repair, or other work required after joint tenant-management walkthroughs of quarters. You will be responsible for monitoring maintenance, property management, and service contracts and report requirements to higher-level management.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience with providing direct customer service and housing-related guidance AND applying Public Private Venture policies in property management. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
