SHARP PROGRAM SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST (SAR WF)
What you'd do
About the Position: Serves as the SHARP Program Support Services Specialist (SAR WF) responsible for strategic business process management, change management, and management of administrative operations needed to support the SHARP program.
Major duties
Develop, implement, and maintain administrative practices that comply with Department of the Army (DA) and Major Command (MACOM) guidance. Manage leadership's day-to-day and long-range calendars. Communicate administrative policy, goals, and mission to all levels of the organization. Provide for the improvement and simplification of reporting requirements through detailed analysis of reported data and the methods used for report preparation to ensure all requirements are met. Act as a human resource liaison to support civilian and military personnel. Maintain and monitor personnel training records for timely compliance and assist management with technical personnel system navigation. Arrange and plan all CONUS and OCONUS travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS). Conduct detailed analyses of mission requirements to develop travel options consistent with joint travel regulations and personal preferences. Plan, coordinate, support, and execute a variety of social and military functions. Plan luncheons, dinners, receptions, and ceremonies in accordance with applicable policies, regulations, protocol, and military traditions.

SPECIALIZED EXPERENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. developing, implementing, and evaluating business processes; 2. utilizing knowledge of sexual harassment/assault (SHARP) programs; AND 3. managing a variety of administrative service operations (e.g., reports, personnel, records, travel, events, supply, etc.) necessary for efficient and effective organizational mission accomplishment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11.
