Major duties
As a Supervisory Program Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Identify and solve problems, evaluate information, use sound judgment to generate alternatives and make recommendations. Provide supervision and oversight of complex programs/projects, including resource management decisions with substantial organizational impact. Maximize functional and financial value of ICE personal property assets throughout their lifecycle (acquisition, management, disposition). Operate and oversee ICE mail and print service programs. Ensure efficient use of services and resources to optimize business costs and customer service.

You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting, procurement, contracting, and expenditure monitoring. Experience in organizing work, setting priorities, and coordinating across organizational units. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including evaluating information and making recommendations. Supervisory experience overseeing complex programs/projects and resource management. Experience managing asset lifecycle, vehicle tracking systems, budget, and training programs. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
