What you need to qualify
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Performs the role as a TEMPEST Subject Matter Expert, providing on the job training and mentorship to and trains subordinate security personnel in security policy and standard operating procedures. 2. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables. 3. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues. 4. Actively, both internally and externally, promotes DIAs core values of teamwork, integrity, excellence, service, diversity, critical thinking, collaboration and information sharing through ones own behaviors and expectations for others. 5. Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Demonstrated experience as a Certified Technical TEMPEST Authority. 2. Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate and drive innovative, cost-effective solutions to address difficult, sensitive or complex issues. 3. Demonstrated ability to serve as program subject matter expert and effectively communicate within senior-level environments.
