What you'd do

You will serve as a PHYSICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST in the FORCE PROTECTION DIVSION of NSA MID SOUTH TN SEC DET.

Major duties

You will direct the development, implementation, and operation of an integrated antiterrorism program. You will evaluate the effectiveness of the command AT program at the installation through assessments, drills and exercises. You will plan, formulate, and coordinate all matters pertaining to the protection and security of personnel, property and material against terrorist threats. You will develop and manage the Installation random antiterrorism measures (RAM) program. You will plan, coordinate, program and identify personnel to attend specialized antiterrorism training. You will advise the Installation Commanding Officer on command AT program deficiencies.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Reviewing antiterrorism (AT) designs, specifications, and vulnerability analysis (i.e. Core Vulnerability Assessment Management Program, Enterprise Protection Risk Management, etc.) to determine vulnerabilities and/or areas for improvement; 2) Applying laws and Executive Orders to administer an effective security program; 3) Coordinating training to ensure an effective response to all hazards and threats (i.e. fire, medical, emergency management, terrorism, etc.); 4) Representing the command at meetings and working groups to develop a unified action plan in response to terrorism.
