What you need to qualify

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Ensures programs remain responsive when mission climate and requirements change by monitoring performance and feedback and developing creative solutions with no daily supervision. 2. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables. 3. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives. 4. Independently anticipates needs and identifies problems and the short-and long-term consequences for the client, component, directorate, Agency or Intelligence Community. 5. Solicits feedback, listens actively, and advocates diverse viewpoints while engaging in meaningful interaction with superiors, subordinates, coworkers and clients, drawing out their views to gain a better understanding of issues. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Knowledgeable in construction practices, techniques, and processes to include managing cost to completion ratio, project scheduling, and budget cycles. 2. Experience with Program analysis and management, budget management, and project management/execution. 3. Ability to quickly adapt to changing mission landscapes and priorities at a moment's notice while remaining steadfast and professional in execution of duties.
