MATERIALS HANDLING INSPECTOR LEADER
What you'd do
You will serve as a MATERIALS HANDLING INSPECTOR LEADER of NMC CWD DET NORTH ISLAND/SCI ANNEX.
Major duties
You will lead and assist crews in performing different types of explosive ordnance and component operations. You will receive, issue, store, segregate, select, handle, prep, inventory, and ship ordnance material including ammunition, explosives, chemical munitions, fuels, missiles and associated components, and other hazardous or inert materials. You will maintain an accurate inventory of assets, utilize associated automated information systems, and inspect and evaluated work, materials, equipment, written procedures, and references. You will continually remain abreast of the progress of work to assure all accountability, safety, and security procedures have been followed.
