What you'd do

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (MILITARY & CIVILIAN ADMINISTRATIVE) in the STAFF ADMINISTRATIVE & LOGISTICS DIRECTORATE, JOINT RESERVE INTELLIGENCE CENTER of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.

Major duties

You will manage, oversee, and provide a variety of administrative, military, and civilian personnel support to the command. You will plan and assign work, set priorities, advise on program goals and objectives and make decisions on work problems presented by the staff. You will provide oversight of Command Pay and Personnel Administrators (CPPAs) ensuring compliance with all travel regulations, claim processing, and pay related issues. You will ensure proper handling of all incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with the Official Mail Management (OMM) program. You will ensure expeditious processing of all Command Correspondence and provide guidance on the issuance of instructions and notices under the Directives Management Program. You will ensure compliance of the Enlisted Performance Evaluations, Officer Fitness Reports and Command Awards Programs. You will direct the Forms and Records Management Programs. You will provide excellent customer service and contribute fairly to team assignments, working toward successful completion of assigned tasks

What you need to qualify

To qualify for the GS-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience demonstrating the ability to qualify for account access and work within the Command Pay and Personnel Administration system (CPPA). Experience processing government mail in accordance with Official Mail Management (OMN) Program. Experience applying knowledge of Navy Correspondence and Directives Management programs practices. Experience processing Enlisted Performance Evaluations and Officer Fitness Reports in accordance with Navy Performance Evaluation System. Experience employing knowledge in Navy Forms and Records Management Policy. Experience administering exceptional customer service practices.
