SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR JACKSONVILLE.
Major duties
You will be responsible for providing all ILS elements for lifecycle support of assigned systems. You will develop, review and approve ILS plans, procedures and processes. You will conduct program reviews to ensure all ILS, supply chain management and supply systems. You will evaluate compliance with ILS policies, objectives, and standards and overall effectiveness of operations.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Possess a working knowledge of all ILS elements for lifecycle support of assigned systems and shipboard equipment to include: maintenance planning, manpower and personnel, supply support, technical data, training, computer resource support, storage, transportation, small purchase, facilities, and design interface. Ability to develop, review and approve ILS plans, procedures and processes that may be implemented into new acquisition programs and Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) design, system integration, logistics and lifecycle support and maintenance planning supply support (including initial provisioning).Working knowledge of HRO Tracker and USA Staffing programs. Working knowledge of departmental HR requirements including individual development plans; performance plans; creating, developing, and revising position descriptions; Request Verification Forms (RVF) and Request for Personnel Action(RPA).Working knowledge of Navy Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List(COSAL) incremental products,?Allowance Parts List (APL) and National Stock Numbers (NSN)Working experience with requisitions and how to investigate problems such as stock number migration, source determination, statusing and sources of substitute material. Experience generating requisitions and MILSTRIPS supporting a wide range of equipment, services and commodities using Navy ERP, eMALL, OneTouch and GPC to support procurement Working knowledge of configuration management and hierarchical structuring of components, systems and sub-systems Superior skills utilizing Microsoft suite including MSTeams, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point and Outlook. Ability to generate spreadsheets, graphs, presentations and reports..
