What you'd do

You will serve as a Deputy Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (DAPML) in the SUSTAINMENT PGM MGMT & ANALYSIS DEPT/TARGETS & MSN PLANNING SUPT DIV of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Major duties

You will assist in the development and management of the logistics budget, providing direct input for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle. You will monitor logistics funding execution to ensure program activities remain on schedule and within budget. You will manage the execution of Intermediate-Level (I Level) / Depot-Level (D-Level) repairs, including the induction, tracking, and return of mission-capable assets. You will develop logistics-related Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and technical evaluations for ongoing sustainment contracts You will serve as the recognized technical authority for logistics and sustainment within the program, providing expert advice to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DS-04/GS 12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of total life cycle logistics support management. 2) Experience in Ordnance Cataloging. 3) Assists budget managers with logistics requirements and budget execution. 4) Produced and reviewed logistics and technical documentation for completeness, accuracy and applicability 5) Must work successfully in a team environment.
