What you need to qualify

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency. 2. Works independently to create accurately written, complex products tailored to a specific audience in an easily understandable manner. 3. Conducts security program reviews and identifies potential gaps or vulnerabilities related to security and trains team members, customers and managers in security rules and procedures. 4. Performs the role as a Subject Matter Expert, providing on the job training and mentorship for subordinate personnel in security policy and standard operating procedures. 5. Experience in the use of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators etc. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Current or former Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) or Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP). 2. Experience in the daily execution of technical programs such as TSCM, Intelligence Systems Electronics Repair, Telecommunications Systems Installation/repair or other technical programs. 3. Experience applying the regulatory guidance outlined in ICD 705 and DoDM 5105.21 with some oversight.
