SECRETARY
What you'd do
You will serve as a SECRETARY in the Office of the Commander and Deputy Commander of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF.
Major duties
You will provide direct administrative assistance to the Commander and Deputy Commander. You will receive and screen all incoming telephone calls for proper channeling. You will collect, review, and process incoming mail, initiating replies to correspondence. You will maintain the Commander and Deputy Commander's calendars. You will make necessary arrangements for conferences and staff meetings. You will assemble and compile data and materials as needed. You will prepare and maintain personnel records, correspondence, and reports pertaining to military personnel.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing management, administrative and general clerical functions in support of a high level office.
