What you'd do

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the T&E Management for Programs & Operations Division, Administrative Support Branch of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Major duties

You will lead administration personnel in the daily operation and execution of administrative functions. You will identify opportunities for process improvement within the command and advise leadership of solutions to implement positive change, to include authoring and updating SOPs, briefs, and organization charts. You will identify future cross-organization funding travel requirements and notify administrative and financial personnel. You will maintain cognizance over all command correspondence for accuracy, completeness, routing, and filing. You will keep records and track all mandatory and developmental training.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Developing process improvements; 2) Demonstrating knowledge of agency structure mission, programs, and organizational relationships; 3) Demonstrating experience in Microsoft tools; and 5) Demonstrating proficiency in travel management.
