HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION)
What you'd do
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the Command Advisory Branch of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE.
Major duties
You will provide advisory services on recruitment and placement issues. You will advise management recruitment strategies, sources, and use of special programs. You will participate in position management exercises and real working discussions with other specialists and/or supervisors.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing human resources management concepts, laws, policies, and practices to provide a wide range of recruitment, staffing, and placement services.
