About the Position: This position is located in Resource Management Logistics Equipment Management at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma Washington.

Major duties

Maintain a maintenance request register for all repairable items. Maintain a hand receipt listing of non-expendable excess property Direct shipment of orders directly to area of installation Prepares a monthly written status report {Repair and Excess Workload Report) Operates gasoline powered vehicles Hauls equipment and supplies on and off post for repair, pick-up, turn-in, or delivery of items.

Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) MATERIALS HANDLER ~ without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common Materials Handler duties. I can perform the one or more of the following warehousing activities under minimal supervision, collecting or receiving or storing or selecting or issuing or transporting shipping materials, supplies or equipment. Work is performed on hard surfaces. Frequently loads and unloads items weighing up to 50 lb., occasionally may handle objects weighing in excess of 70 lb. WORKING CONDITIONS - Works in storage area, which may be cold and drafty. Works outdoors transporting items.
