What you'd do

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP, FINANCIAL SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT, GENERAL FUND BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Major duties

You will responsibilities in all system-related functions including organizational management, personnel administration, structural authorizations, training, time and attendance, master data maintenance, interfaces and reporting. You will lead modules with control and responsibility for prioritization of work efforts performed by the contract team(s), providing support to all commands/organizations with financial systems support. You will be responsible for trouble ticket management and resolution, interpreting and communicating system changes/upgrades, participating as an integrated process team member and making business process recommendations. You will strategize, oversee, execute, and provide expert consultation on major technical programs that demand innovative solutions to critical challenges. You will provide supervision and continuing tasking and technical direction to the Division, planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work. You will negotiate and assign subordinates to project teams as required based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the skills of employees. You will identify developmental and training needs, providing or arranging for needed development and training as well as find ways to improve production or increase the quality of work directed or the processes/facilities owned.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13/14) grade level or (NM-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: 1) Demonstrating knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods, supplemented by a practical knowledge of enterprise resource planning system concepts and practices; 2) Utilizing state-of-the-art computing concepts and design methodologies and tools relevant to the design, development, validation, and implementation of the enterprise resource planning system; 3) Managing integration requirements with end users and sustaining a steady state of successful business practices and operations; 4) Interpreting and applying applicable rules, laws, regulations in routine matters relevant to assigned functional areas. 5) Planning and coordinating individual assignments to meet project/assignment goals; and 6) Communicating with stakeholders, leadership, management, and employees concerning enterprise resource planning system operations, overall enterprise resource planning system status, and enterprise resource planning system issues.
