Major duties

You will manage and maintain all electronic case files on current directives, forms, reports and a database reflecting their currency and cancellation. You will analyze and review proposed directives, forms and reports for consistency with established directives and assure their timely preparation. You will provide computer software support, instruction, technical advice and assistance to employees relative to directives, forms and reports management. You will provide technical guidance to both military and contract support in relation to the functions performed within the Administrative Department. You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters. You will provide command personnel security support to the Command Security Manager. You will advise on matters pertaining to the security of classified information and matters regarding the eligibility of personnel to access information and assignment to sensitive duties. You will serve as the Lead Trusted Agent to verify eligibility and prepare Common Access Card applications for all contractors using the Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS). You will serve as the Organizational Defense Travel System Administrator responsible for the Travel System Program as the program coordinator.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and executing personnel security and varied administrative support services to identify problems and recommend solutions for the improvement of program policies for a training squadron. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
