SUPERVISOR
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the ORGANIZATIONAL IMPROVEMENT (CODE 53208) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Major duties
You will be responsible for providing supervision, technical leadership, planning, program development, financial oversight, coordination and management of all aspects of the tasks, services, personnel and facilities assigned to the branch. You will draw on experience with Project Management, Contracts, Procurement, and Organizational Processes to provide direct support to division C2 projects and tasks. You will analyze branch workload metrics and personnel skills to evaluate efficiency, and adjust work distribution, staff alignment, and support processes to optimize operations. You will analyze and evaluate resource utilization to optimize resource allocation, streamline deliverables and data calls, and develop and manage FY spend plans to ensure maximum organizational efficiency. You will perform work requiring professional knowledge of C2 systems and produce critical analyses and evaluations of the ramifications, advisability, and impact to projects.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical and project management oversight; independently analyzing, designing, and/or executing organizational process improvement initiatives; applying knowledge of acquisition/procurement life cycle processes; and contributing to the improvement or correction of C2 system performance.
