What you'd do

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.

Major duties

You will monitor the status of requisitions through supply channels and control points to assure delivery schedules are met. You will needs to support the constant surveillance of customer demands. You will provide upper-level statistics on all material requirements and workload. You will prepare and brief monthly metrics to senior leadership.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, provide authoritative counsel to subordinates and drive organizational change by developing, coordinating, and implementing logistics and acquisition policy. High-level skill in articulating complex technical and policy matters with clarity and persuasion to negotiate solutions, influence senior-level decisions, and maintain critical stakeholder relationships. Innovation: Expertise in anticipating and resolving severe operational challenges in dynamic environments, with the ability to align logistics information systems and innovative sustainment strategies with long-term mission goals.
