What you'd do

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the N5 Department of COMNAVREG SE JAX.

Major duties

You will analyze and develop requirements' generation guidance, directives, and policies to determine impact on programs and installations. You will design and conduct studies of a complex nature using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency and/or to reduce cost. You will develop management and or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology. You will determine specific data elements required to support complex requirement's generation processes, management studies and organization performance assessment. You will provide support to organizational leaders in one or more of the N5 disciplines.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve the effectiveness of complex programs and management processes; Experience designing and conducting comprehensive management studies and analyzing organizational performance; Experience managing data and performing resource allocation analysis to support strategic decision-making; Experience developing innovative business strategies and evaluating major administrative aspects of mission-oriented programs to resolve complex problems; and Experience leading comprehensive assessments and integrating cross-functional working groups to execute strategic laydown design and assessment phases.
