What you'd do

You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the T&E PROGRAM LEADERSHIP DIV, T&E MANAGEMENT FOR PROGRAMS & OPS DEPT of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Major duties

You will be responsible to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager (PM/DPM) in the overarching execution of all developmental and operational testing. You will be the subject matter expert on all test and evaluation matters and will represent the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in meetings. You will maintain the program office master test schedule and test and evaluation metrics and be responsible for integrating test issues across the Integrated Program Teams. You will provide full spectrum test team support, including financial management, test planning and provisioning, test execution and oversight, and coordination of data analysis and test reporting to program managers and other sponsors.

What you need to qualify

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DP-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrating experience in the acquisition process and especially in regards to test planning and execution; 2) Integrating requirements into test strategies; 3) Applying the philosophy, techniques and tools of integrated product/process teams; and 4) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, process and practices used to manage acquisition related test and evaluation.
