What you'd do

You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP, BUDGET FORM, JUST & EXECUTION DEPARTMENT, MISSION AREA SUPPORT DIVISION of NAWCADLAKEHURST.

Major duties

You will lead a team in exploring alternatives and determining potential improvements in work processes, methods and procedures. You will maintain reference materials, files and current knowledge sufficient to answer questions from team members/supervisor. You will provide recommendations to supervisor on how to distribute and balance workload among team considering skill level or specialization, timeframes for completion, and priorities.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Performing Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) budget operations, leading a budget analyst overhead team, with primary responsibility for the successful development of the Service Cost Center (SCC) Rate Builders and A-11 Budget. Managing Progress-to-Plan (P2P) submissions, conducting monthly execution/analysis reviews of SCCs, and preparing the Monthly Overhead Department Execution Summary. Communicating assignments, coach team members on problem-solving, recommend workload distribution, and monitor progress; and Facilitating team coordination, maintain essential reference materials, report accomplishments, represent the team's needs, and lead efforts to improve work processes.
