PROGRAM MANAGER
What you'd do
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the TEST & EVALUATION MANAGEMENT OF PROGRAMS & OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, TEST & EVALUATION PROGRAM LEADERSHIP DIVISON, and PEO (UW) PROGRAM TEST BRANCH 2 of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. The incumbent will serve as the Assistant Program Manager for T&E (APM T&E) for an assigned program responsible to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager (PM/DPM) in the overarching execution of all developmental and operational testing.
Major duties
You will serve as the Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation (APM Test and Evaluation) for an assigned program. You will serve as the subject matter expert on all test and evaluation matters and will represent the PM/DPM in meetings with DOT/E, CJCS, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, OPNAV and Operational Test Forces. You will maintain the program office master test schedule and Test and Evaluation metrics and is responsible for integrating test issues across the Integrated Program Teams. You will chair Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Team meetings and be responsible for Test and Evaluation Master Plan configuration management and currency, planning, coordination and execution of Operational Test Readiness Reviews. You will act on behalf of the PM/DPM as the Test and Evaluation liaison between all Test and Evaluation program stakeholders, decision and policy makers.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band (DA-05) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing technical integration and lifecycles for Joint Air-to-Air Tactical Missile (JATM) systems within weapons-based technology acquisition programs; 2) Collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to meet program milestones; 3) Communicating critical program updates and risks to senior leadership; and 4) Identifying operational barriers and escalating issues to senior leadership to ensure timely resolution.
