INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
What you'd do
You will serve as a INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the CENTER FOR INFORMATION WARFARE TRAINING (CIWT) N7 DIRECTORATE of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Major duties
You will Analyze and validate learning objectives, hierarchies, and instructional strategies. You will support Training Validation Identification (TVI) and Training Task Analyses to provide expert Instructional Systems Design (ISD) oversight . You will lead and manage complex, in-house and contractor-led curriculum development projects. You will develop and administer surveys and conduct statistical analysis.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) solving training issues by performing Training Situation Analyses and Job-Task Analyses to support the functional design and development of training systems; 2) writing technical reports to document the conclusions of analyses and evaluations; 3) using computer-based systems and applications to support curriculum development and maintenance; 4) monitoring and evaluating curriculum to ensure it meets agency requirements; 5) gathering and analyzing input from a variety of sources to identify training needs. My experience demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction.
