Qualifications
GS-15: To be eligible at the GS-15 level, you must have at least ONE year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in Federal Service. Specialized experience includes experience performing the following: 1) managing the distribution of staff workload to meet the mission of an organization; 2) providing advisory and technical advice to senior management officials on administrative program areas; 3) developing and maintaining a system of internal controls and accountability; and 4) supervising or managing an office or organization overseeing three or more of the following administrative program areas: (a) Budget; (b) Human Resources (HR); (c) Information Technology (IT); (d) Acquisitions and/or Contracting; or e) Property/Space Management. Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP)-The CTAP provides eligible surplus and displaced competitive service employees in the Department of Justice with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
