Job Description
This position is located at The Peak but may fill other vacancies in the Business Recreation Division. This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. FMWR includes Child and Youth Services, Business Recreation, and Support Services, which enable Soldier readiness, support the resilience and well-being of Soldiers and Families. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will NOT be paid.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: work experience performing duties as follows: Leading others in food service facilities; AND Recommending and enforcing internal operating procedures; AND Assisting in the training of new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of, and storage of, tools and equipment. work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment, AND have good interpersonal skills, AND communicate orally (by word of mouth) and in writing, AND if not already possessed, within three months of employment, obtain and maintain during your employment a certificate for sanitation in food service. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": One (1) year of work experience in one or more of the following types of establishments: Coffee House, or Special Events Venue, or Club, or Catering.
