Job Description

Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Possess eighteen (18) months work experience in human resources office demonstrating knowledge of at least two of the following functional human resources competencies: Staffing & Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations or Training. Experience analyzing, evaluating, recommending appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated HR problems/issues. Possess experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Applicants will possess twenty-four (24) months of prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office and have completed training in Basic Staffing, Customer service, Organizational structure, Basic Writing, Time Management, Personnel Management, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Accountability and Effective Communication Skills.
