Business and Infrastructure Director (Program Analyst)

Job Description

This position supports the DOE/NNSA's Deputy Administrator for Defense Program, Office of Engineering & Technology Maturation (NA-115). A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Business and Infrastructure Director (Program Analyst), leading business/financial matters for budget and infrastructure projects such as CREST (Combined Radiation Environments for Survivability Testing).

Qualifications

A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA pay band level or GS grade level in the Federal Service, i.e., EN-03, NN/NQ-03 or GS-13. Specialized Experience for this position is defined as experience conducting at least 3 of the following activities: Senior knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for federal programs Financial management to include recommending courses of action to federal program managers Program-level advocacy and management of Defense Programs infrastructure projects Collaboration across management and operating (M&O) and federal organizations toward common goals Presenting senior executives with context and actionable information to make decisions Your application and resume should demonstrate that you possess the following competencies.
