CATERING MANAGER, NF-02/03/RFT, CAMP FOSTER (OCEAN BREEZE)

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 20 years old AND have graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school; (Valid documentation will be required upon hire.) A minimum of one year of catering experience in a club or related industry or combination of experience to demonstrate responsible administrative and professional skill involved in food, beverage, and bar functions of the club operation and/or a catering certification from an accredited institution. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of commonly accepted business practices industry trends, policies and procedures. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales operation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare simple contractual agreements. Ability to supervise subordinate employees, provide work direction to other employees, and resolve problems or dispute within the activity. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, using proper tact, diplomacy and professional customer service. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
