¿ A Master¿s or Doctoral-level degree from a college or university with a program nationally accredited in: social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or other appropriate human service and/or mental health professional degree. ¿ Ability to obtain supervision that will be applied towards their licensure under an approved supervision plan as required by the state licensing board from which they are seeking licensure, and meet any applicable requirements related to credentialing and privileging in accordance with Service FAP headquarters policies. Hiring program does not guarantee program supervision hours will be applicable towards state licensure. ¿ Licensure/certification shall be completed within a 36-month period. ¿ Experience working or serving as a volunteer or intern in the field of child abuse and domestic abuse, or with contemporary social issues involving families. ¿ One year experience in or ability to obtain, within 1 year of employment, training in all of the following: PSB-CY, child and adolescent development, and trauma-informed care. ¿ Knowledge of civilian and military legal information pertaining to family relationships and laws protecting children and elders.
