Qualifications
RESUMES MUST BE TWO PAGES (OR LESS). QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated work experience directly related to the duties to be performed, knowledge of commercial sponsorship practices and advertising theory. Must be able to articulate with strong communication and presentation skills. Organized and focused on priorities that move the sales process forward. Creative thinker who can match marketers' goals with military audiences available on our media properties. Ability to work independently and be a highly motivated-self starter. Follow-up communication and time management skills required. Ability to research, obtain and study information about clients' products, services, needs, challenges, advertising/sponsorship history, and business practices in order to provide effective sales presentations and appropriate assistance. Manage and maintain sales automation processes. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA: Highly qualified candidates will have demonstrated working experience with all of the following: 1) Military MWR Programs and the regulatory environment of sponsorship and advertising 2) Developing, evaluating and executing sponsorship and advertising agreements 3) Developing and presenting sponsorship & advertising proposals to corporate clients Job experience associated with the Highly Qualifying Criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to get credit.
